PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation from generating on the inner wall of a tank when wheat flour is discharged from the tank of a bulk vehicle for transporting powder.;SOLUTION: A dew condensation preventing apparatus in the tank of the bulk vehicle for transporting the powder has a compressor which is carried on the bulk vehicle for transporting the powder and actuates when the powder is discharged to feed air into the tank, and a dehumidifier which is arranged in the middle of a pipeline connecting this compressor with the tank and eliminates moisture in the air fed into the tank in the bulk vehicle for transporting the powder carrying a bulky powder in the tank and transporting it, and feeds a dry air dehumidified by the dehumidifier into the tank to prevent the powder from sticking on the inner wall of the tank caused by dew condensation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
