PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a wide-mouthed container opened with single operation enabling the content to be easily taken out by opening with single operation in use and enabling a metal detector to be used and easily assembled and used and further easily separately collected when discarded.;SOLUTION: The cap is mounted on the wide-mouthed container 20 and comprises a cap body 100, a lid material 200, a button member 300 for opening and closing, and a spring member 400 for opening. When a front top end of the button member for opening and closing which is assembled to an upper end of the cap body is pressed in opening the cap, a front edge of the lid material is raised by a kicking up plate 330 at a rear end of the slanted button member for opening and closing, and a locking claw 133 of the cap body and a locking claw 212 of the lid member are detached, and the lid material is turned to the rear end, and opened by the energized spring member 400 for opening assembled to a rear upper end of the cap main body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
