PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the clamp accuracy on a centering vise without generating enlargement of a processing machine and cost-ups.;SOLUTION: The precut processing machine 1 comprises the crosscut processing unit 2, the unit 3 for upper and lower hollowchisel processings, the unit 4 for upper and lower stud notching processings, and centering vises 5, 5, ... , and the feed conveyer 6 and the ejection conveyer 7 are equipped with centering auxiliary devices 10. The centering auxiliary devices 10, which are wheel conveyer type devices equipped in proper places of the feed conveyer 6 and the ejection conveyer 7 (proper places in the longitudinal direction of the processed timber), ascend when the clamp operation by the centering vises 5 is started and let the free wheels protrude more upwards than the roller face to float the timber, and thus they assist the alignment operation at the time of the centering clamp.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
