PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating cyanophyceae collecting apparatus capable of efficiently and surely collecting floating cyanophyceae from a broad water area and provide a floating cyanophyceae treating system to effectively and continuously disintegrating and breaking the collected floating cyanophyceae.;SOLUTION: The floating cyanophyceae collection apparatus is provided with a blue-green algae collection device, a pressure pump 15 to transport water containing blue-green algae and collected by the blue-green algae collection device under pressure, a blue-green algae treating machine 17 to receive the algae-containing water sent from the pressure pump 15 and disintegrate and break the blue-green algae by gas vesicle breaking/colony disintegrating treatment, a foreign material removing apparatus placed in the algae-containing water-treatment process from the taking of the algae-containing water in the blue-green algae collection device to the discharge from the algae treating machine 17 and passing the algae-containing water to remove the foreign materials acting as a hazard in the algae treating machine 17, and an energy dissipation apparatus 18 to dissipate the energy of the waste water after the disintegrating and breaking treatment of the blue-green algae by the algae treating machine 17 and discharge the water having dissipated energy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
