PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of assistances unavoidably required from outside in the method such as pointage, a medicine, magnetism, a hot spring or the like now available for removing the aches and stiffness of the shoulders and the aches in the elbows.;SOLUTION: Springs are disposed at a few points in the cut surface of a semi-cylinder or fixed on semi-cylinders facing each other. The cylinder spring thus obtained is held with hands keeping their palms facing upward and the arms are moved repeatedly from the upper level, over the chest, in front of the chest and down to the lower level applying the varied forces, weak or strong, onto the shoulders, elbows and the fingers.
