MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CAST STONE, PRECAST MEMBER FOR STONE MASONRY SIMULATED STRUCTURE USING CAST STONE AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive cast stone by simplifying the manufacturing method of the cast stone to be buried in the surface of a retaining wall, revetment, a dam or the like, or the cast stone to be arranged as a curbstone of a flower bed or the like, and to inexpensively provide a precast member made by arranging the cast stone.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the cast stone 7 is as follows. Namely, a natural stone like a cobble stone (or a male mold duplicated from the natural stone) 3 is pushed into an oil-containing clay lump 2 to make a mold. A recess part 4 serving as a female mold is formed in the oil-containing clay lump 2 by pushing the natural stone 3 thereinto. After removing the natural stone 3, a cement-based fluid hardener 5 hardening over time like a mortal for a cast stone or an ordinary mortal is poured into the recess part 4. A jig 6 pre-arranged according to the use of the cast stone to be manufactured is buried in the fluid hardener 5. After the fluid hardener 5 is hardened, the jig 6 is raised upward to remove the cast stone 7 out of the oil-containing clay lump 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
