PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger pump, a sterile homogenizer and a homogenization method of a particle including liquid, capable of lengthening the service life of packing, for providing the sufficiently sterilized final product.;SOLUTION: In this plunger pump 10, the packing (first packing 51) for fluid-tightly partitioning the inside of a cylinder 11, is loaded in the cylinder 11, and a barrier part 54 filled with electrolytic water, is arranged in the rear of the packing. This sterile homogenizer has the plunger pump 10, and a homogenizing valve for homogenizing a particle including liquid sent by the plunger pump 10. This sterile homogenization method of the particle including liquid, is a sterile homogenization method of the particle including liquid for homogenizing the particle including liquid by sending the liquid to the homogenizing valve by the plunger pump 10, and cleans a surface of a plunger 12 by the electrolytic water in the rear of the packing (the first packing 51) loaded in the cylinder 11 in the plunger pump 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
