PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a thermal insulation performance from lowering in a vacuum thermal insulation panel for vacuum-sealing a core material and also prevent the cooling efficiency of a cooling and storage shed formed by disposing the vacuum thermal insulation panel in a thermal insulation box from lowering.;SOLUTION: This vacuum thermal insulation panel 4 is formed by storing the core material 1 with thermal insulation in a bag 3 with high gas shielding property and vacuum-sealing the bag. The bag 3 comprises one outer storage material 31 and the other inner storage material 32 having a covering part 33 covering the core material 1 and an outer edge part extending outward from the peripheral edge of the covering part 33 and overlapped with each other at the outer edge part. A plurality of lattice-like cutting lines 40 are formed over the covering part 33 and the outer edge part in a metal layer 36 as a gas-barrier layer forming the outer storage material 31 and the inner storage material 32.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
