ELASTIC RING MOUNTING JIG AND ELASTIC RING MOUNTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic ring mounting jig with a small installation space required capable of efficiently mounting a plurality of elastic rings.;SOLUTION: The elastic ring mounting jigs 20, 30 has cylindrical parts 21, 31 having diameters almost equal to the outside diameter of the cylindrical part 11 of an object 10 to be mounted and tapered parts 22, 32 extending in a tapered shape from ends of the cylindrical parts 21, 31. When the object 10 to be mounted is inserted into the cylindrical parts 21, 31 until it is abutted, a plurality kinds of the special jigs 20, 30 whose lengths of the cylindrical parts are set so that dead ends of the cylindrical parts 21, 31 are positioned at immediately before either of the locking grooves of the object 10 to be mounted, and provided at positions of the plurality of locking grooves of the object 10 to be mounted, and the special jigs 20, 30 corresponding to the positions of the locking grooves are selected. After the one which the elastic ring is inserted in the tip of the jig is covered on the object 10 to be mounted, the elastic ring is mounted to the locking grooves by enlarging the diameter along the taper of the peripheral surface of the special jigs 20, 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
