PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for CT reconstitution used in CT measurement. PSOLUTION: A boundary unit CT reconstitution method includes a process 48 for setting initially a boundary of a specimen to acquire an estimated boundary 50, a process for defining a forward model based on the estimated boundary 50, a process for linearizing the forward model to acquire a system matrix 54, and a process for realizing a repeated image reconstituting process, using the system matrix 54, so as to update the estimated boundary 50.
