PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a queue target destination management system reducing a queueing time on a queue so as to receive service of contents desired by a user, and reducing reception work in time of reception on a service provider side. PSOLUTION: This queue target destination management system comprises a store terminal 41, a user terminal 81, a queue management server 10, and a network. The queue management server 10 has: a store group 11 integrally managing a plurality of stores as a group queue; a store group management part 13 receiving a usable state of the store from the store terminal 41, and managing which store becomes usable; a queue operation part 12 receiving a queue registration request to the store group 11 transmitted from the user terminal 81, registering it into the group queue, and selecting the user terminal 81 registered in the group queue when one store of the store group has become usable; and a usability notification part transmitting usability notification of the store having become usable to the selected user terminal 81.
