PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system device for compatibly reducing exhaust gas CO (carbon monoxide), HC (hydrocarbon) and NOx (nitrogen oxide) from an automobile being used (a gasoline/LNG engine automobile) and reducing greenhouse effect gas CO2 (carbon dioxide), CH4 (methane) and N2O (dinitrogen monoxide) to achieve a value lower than a current value for exhaust gas from the automobile being used.;SOLUTION: Without modifying an engine mechanism for the automobile being used (the gasoline/LNG engine automobile), post-mounted parts and devices are mounted and their properties are combined for actualizing quick and complete combustion in an engine with the synergetic effects to reduce exhaust gas. An exhaust gas treatment and decomposition device is mounted on the way of an exhaust pipe which has a gas temperature of 250°C or so for further reducing soot and NOx (nitrogen oxide) and improving horsepower and torque with improved heat efficiency due to complete combustion, thus improving fuel consumption and reducing greenhouse effect gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
