INCOME AND EXPENDITURE TERMS ESTABLISHMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD IN RISK EXCHANGE RELATIVE TO WEATHER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a risk exchange between entrepreneurs by using weather allowed to observe a third point different from the locations of the entrepreneurs trying to conduct the risk exchange relative to the weather. PSOLUTION: This system comprises: a weather data acquisition section 22 acquiring weather data indicative of the past weather histories on two points A, B in which the entrepreneurs exist, and the third point C, respectively ; a regression analysis section 26 conducting a regression analysis for the weather data on the third point C based on the weather data on the points A, B, respectively; and a regression error distribution calculation section 30 calculating the distribution of a regression error based on a regression analysis resu and a dead zone decision section 34 deciding a dead zone relative to the weather in the case of deciding income and expenditure amounts in accordance with the weather based on the calculated regression error distribution; and also a third point selection section selecting the third point C based on the correlation between the weather data on the points A, B and the weather data on each of the points.
