PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set appropriate consent contents while maintaining consistency among consent contents without considering the kind of complicated copyright with respect to a secondary processing configuration and secondary finish contents when performing secondary finish to original contents. PSOLUTION: A digital contents right generating apparatus comprises: a secondary processing contents acquisition part 101 for acquiring a right of consent regarding a revision from use consent information with defined contents and acquiring operation contents of the secondary processing with respect to the original contents for the user; a default consent information generating part 102 for generating as an initial value for the secondary processing contents the use consent information including the right of consent coincident with the right of consent with respect to the acquired operation contents of the secondary processing; a consent information editing part 103 for generating the use consent information on the secondary processing contents from the consent contents selected by the user from the consent contents of the default consent information; and a consent information decision part 104 for deciding an inclusive relation of the use consent information and the consistency of the consent contents.
