PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model analyzing and holding implement capable of finely reproducing the midsagittal plane of a patient on an articulator, a diagnosis support system provided with the model analyzing and holding implement, and the reproduction method of an occlusion state using the diagnosis support system. PSOLUTION: The model analyzing and holding implement is used by being combined with the diagnosis support system comprising a lower jaw movement measuring device having a bite fork in which a reference plane corresponding to the midsagittal plane of a patient is set and the articulator provided with a holding table for attaching and detaching the bite fork in an attitude matching the reference plane with a preset median reference plane, and a horizontal reference plane orthogonal to the median reference plane is set. The model analyzing and holding implement is provided with an analyzing implement for specifying the midsagittal plane of an upper jaw model sampled beforehand from the patient and a holding implement 2 for holding the upper jaw model on the holding table in the attitude matching the midsagittal plane specified by the analyzing implement with the median reference plane.
