PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical reaction treatment apparatus that can simply and surely allow a reagent in the chamber of the solution storage part to flow in the chamber of the reaction part.;SOLUTION: A valve rod 7 having a notch 8 is inserted into the chamber 6 of the solution storage part 2 including a solution and is held with two O rings 9 and the low part of the solution chamber 6 is closed with aluminum foil 10.
