FERMENTED SOYBEAN STORING CONTAINER WITH COVERING FILM ROLLING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soybean storing container in which a film is placed on the upper surfaces of fermented soybeans, and treatment over a countless number of threads of fermented soybean mucus generated when the film is removed from them can be carried out more conveniently than a usual method.;SOLUTION: A small rod having a desired rotational friction force at its extremity end is stored or mounted in advance in a fermented soybean storing container. Just before eating, the small rod is applied vertically at a substantial central location of the film, the rod is rotated around its axis with a thumb and a forefinger while depressing the film, and the film is taken up in sequence from the central location into a spiral wound-up form at the extremity end of the small rod. After this operation, as the small rod is pulled up together with the film out of the upper surfaces of the fermented soybeans, the countless number of threads of the fermented soybeans are already merged into one drawing thread suspended down from a position just below the head part of the extremity end.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
