PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for maintaining an effective membrane area of a gas-liquid separator for a longer time.;SOLUTION: In this gas-liquid separator 40 of such type that ventilation is performed on a steam exhaust face 33 of the element 10 for gas-liquid separation like substantially an envelope whose at least a part of a surface is constituted by a gas-liquid separation sheet 30, one opening part 21 for letting liquid pass or more are formed on a lower side of the element 10 for gas-liquid separation in one section or more, and a plurality of elements 10 for gas-liquid separation are continuously provided in such a way that mutual steam exhaust faces 33 oppose with a ventilation interval 25. When an angle formed by an end side 11 on the windward side and a horizontal face when the end side 11 lies until it becomes horizontal while making the windward side of these elements 10 for gas-liquid separation upper side and the lee side of them lower side is 0 degree, an angle formed by the end side 11 on the windward side of the element for gas-liquid separation and the horizontal face is adjusted to become 7 to 87 degrees.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
