PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately process a special number transmission to the police etc. by an Internet telephone by way of a radio access point, and to call a district or a near destination.;SOLUTION: A packet drop 12 transfers packets between a terminal 5 through a radio interface 11 and an Internet 3 through a cabled interface part 13, and also detects a call control sequence packet of a telephone service from the port number of the packet. A packet analyzer 14 detects a call-out request to a predetermined special number from the destination telephone number. A special number table 15 stores an IP address, etc. of a destination associated in advance for each special number in a storage, and if the packet analyzer 14 detects the call-out request to the special number, a special number processor 16 refers to the special number table 15, thereby setting a direct communication path by use of the cabled interface 13 with respect to the destination corresponding to the special number.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
