PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet rotor and a moving-magnet type meter with that magnet rotor in which locking and positional shift between the magnet and the rotor body can be suppressed, and to provide a stepping motor with that magnet rotor.;SOLUTION: Substantially rectangular protrusion 11 and recess 12 are formed, at predetermined intervals, on the inner circumferential wall at the hollow section of the annular magnet 10 of a magnet rotor. Rising sidewall 11A of the protrusion 11 is formed in the radial direction with reference to the axis G of the magnet rotor R.
