PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal vibration diagnosis method and an abnormal vibration diagnosis system in cutting work capable of identifying a system causing abnormal vibration in cutting work such as chattering vibration, and capable of grasping the possibility of the development of the effect of a vibration isolation cutting tool.;SOLUTION: The frequency of the cutting noise generated in cutting work is analyzed, and the main vibration frequency of the cutting noise is identified. The acceleration or displacement of the cutting tool in cutting work is measured, the frequency is analyzed, and the main vibration frequency of the cutting tool is identified.
