PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive viscosity sensor that can withstand severe conditions, such as vibration, high temperature, and the like peculiar to ships by connecting a choke tube type differential pressure gauge pipe for creating a minute differential pressure in a range hardly affecting the power of a fuel transport pump, by utilizing one portion of an actual transport pipe for combining with a differential pressure transmitter for amplifying the detected minute differential pressure for converting to electricity.;SOLUTION: A choke tube having an inner diameter reduction rate of 60%, a tube length of 0.5 m, and an effective tube length of 0.9 m is connected to the fuel transport pipe of the differential pressure gauge pipe 11, in a structure equipped with a bypass pipe for increasing/decreasing the flow rate for keeping the differential pressure occurrence value at the start of use within a prescribed value in the middle of the fuel transport pipe. The detected minute differential pressure is amplified by stainless bellows that are connected facing different diameter dimensions, which is combined with the differential transmitter 21 in a structure for detection by a strain gauge, thus achieving a function for enabling continuous viscosity control up to a target viscosity of the kinetic viscosity of approximately 80 CST to 10 CST and achieving a relatively inexpensive structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
