ANTI-FOULING PROPERTY-IMPARTING COMPOSITION, COATING COMPOSITION AND COATING FILM OBTAINED FROM THE COATING COMPOSITION

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fouling property-imparting composition which exhibits good initial tackiness and high gloss and can impart an excellent anti-fouling property, to provide a coating composition exhibiting a good anti-fouling property, and to provide a coating film having a good anti-fouling property. PSOLUTION: This anti-fouling property-imparting composition comprises an organosilicate compound (A), a water-soluble and/or water-dispersible curing agent (B) having a reactive functional group and a hydrophilic group in the molecule, an organic tin compound (C), an acetylene group-containing surfactant (D), if necessary, an organic solvent (E), and a dehydration agent (F). The coating composition comprises a coating and the above composition added to the coating. The anti-fouling property of the coating film is improved with the components (A) and (C), and the coating film formed from the mixture shows the improved hydrophilicity and good anti-fouling property.
