PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial lymph node capable of inducing efficient adaptive immune reaction in an immunity-deficient individual. PSOLUTION: The method for producing the artificial lymph node producing an antigen-specific antibody comprises (a) a step for immunizing a nonhuman animal with the antigen, and (b) a step for transplanting a macromolecular biomaterial including a stroma cell producing a cytokine to the immunized nonhuman animal. The artificial lymph producing the antigen-specific antibody and an antigen-specific T-cell contains the stroma cell, the cytokine, an antibody-producing cell and the macromolecular biomaterial.
