PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk type stirring blade enabling an easy cleaning operation.;SOLUTION: There is provided a disk type stirring blade which keeps a plurality of through-holes arranged so that a flowing region of a cleaning solution flowing through them covers the almost entire region of the disk when the plurality of through-holes are to be formed over the circumference of a disk, specifically the plurality of through-holes comprise a first through-hole group arranged at nearly even intervals on a circle with the same radius and a second through-hole group arranged at nearly even intervals on a circle with a radius different from that of the position of the first through-hole group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
