PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification method and a contaminated soil decontamination method using groundwater, for purifying polluted air using the groundwater and feeding it into a room, at the same time decontaminating the contaminated soil using the groundwater, effectively using resources, improving the soil of a site, preventing the outflow of the groundwater to other sites by lowering the level of the groundwater near the ground surface, and purifying the groundwater.;SOLUTION: The contaminated soil decontamination method comprises drawing the groundwater by a cold water tank 7 and a cleaning water tank 6, guiding it to an air purification machine 1 where the polluted air is guided, purifying the polluted air by its spray, generating negative ions, removing droplets by an eliminator 1b, perfectly separating water by a moisture separator, optimizing the temperature of the air by a cooling-heating coil connected to the groundwater, and emitting it into the room from a duct 21. On the other hand, the oil content of the groundwater having treated the air in the air purification machine 1 is separated by a separator 3, the separated groundwater is ion-decomposed by an electrolyzer 5, returned to the cleaning water tank 6, overflowing water is mixed with a flocculant from a flocculant tank 10 in a tornado mixing device and returned to the soil as the harmless one.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
