PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological component measuring unit, a biological component measuring unit bag, a medical care assistance equipment kit, and a medical care assistance equipment kit bag, which enable the measurement of body fluid components with sanitary operations and improve the operability. PSOLUTION: A system, comprising the biological component measuring unit, the biological component measuring unit bag, the medical care assistance equipment kit, and the medical care assistance equipment kit bag, is provided with a baseboard that can be detachably mounted on a medical care assistance device body having a fluid transferring means for transferring a fluid in a flow passage in one direction in cooperation with the flow passage, with the flow passage being attached to the baseboard. The flow passage is detachably connected with a body fluid guiding passage for guiding the fluid taken out via a body fluid collection means; (2) being capable of transferring the fluid in the flow passage in one direction in cooperation with the fluid transferring means; (3) having a biological component sensor for measuring the biological components contained in the transferred fluid; and (4) being capable of discharging the fluid as liquid waste after finishing its component measurement by the biological component sensor.
