PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account transfer registration method and an account transfer registration program, allowing efficient registration of account transfer. PSOLUTION: Data related to a payment account performed with use application of payment management service are recorded in a dedicated account use application data storage part 22. When receiving account transfer request data related to the payment account from a billing organization system 10, a management computer 21 performs assignment of an account transfer-dedicated account identifier. The management computer 21 notifies the billing organization system 10 and a use enterprise system 30 about the account transfer-dedicated account identifier. The billing organization system 10 receiving the notification replaces an account transfer designation account identifier with the account transfer-dedicated account identifier, and performs the later account transfer by use of the account transfer-dedicated account identifier.
