PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas of a specified concentration of an adsorbate using a packed-bed type heat-exchanging adsorption apparatus being high-density and low-pressure-loss.;SOLUTION: The apparatus has an adsorbing device 11 having a built-in laminar adsorbent layer 21 and carrying out adsorption and desorption alternately and a heat exchanger 13 connected between the outlet and inlet of the adsorbing device 11. An adsorbate in a target gas introduced from the inlet of the adsorbing device 11 is adsorbed by the adsorbent layer 21, the gas from the outlet of the adsorbing device 11 is cooled with the heat exchanger 13, and a part of the gas from the heat exchanger 13 is circulated to the inlet of the adsorbing device 11 while the remainder of the gas is obtained as a gas of a specified concentration of the adsorbate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
