PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication outputting system suitable for protecting secret information of output data or output contents. PSOLUTION: A host terminal unit divides printing data, transmits first divided printing data including job management information to a printer, stores second divided printing data in a storage device, and transmits the second divided printing data in the storage device to the printer in accordance with a demand for acquisition. The printer extracts the job management information from the first divided printing data when receiving the first divided printing data, stores the first divided printing data and the job management information in the storage device by letting them correspond mutually, retrieves the job management information on the basis of authentication information when receiving the authentication information, acquires the second divided printing data from the host terminal unit when retrieving the job management information, and constitutes and prints the printing data on the basis of the second divided printing data and the first divided printing data to which the storage device corresponds.
