PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new tooth-regenerating material which has improved safety against antigenicity, infectivity, and the like, and can further promote the regeneration of periodontal tissues, periodontal cells, teeth, and the like, and to provide a tooth-regenerating method by using the material.;SOLUTION: This tooth-regenerating material comprises an enamel matrix consisting mainly of amelogenin.
