PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dendron having a center point and a plurality of fluorinated terminal groups.;SOLUTION: The dendron 2 has a center point 4 and a plurality of fluorinated terminal groups. The dendron has a component suitable for the chemical adsorption to a substrate 3, thiol, silane, carboxylic acid and phosphonic acid salt, etc., at the center point.
