PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device or the like which detects a tilt difference of a format draft image and an input draft image, and notify it to a user, when the tilt difference is detected. PSOLUTION: In the image processing device 200 which is provided with an image storage means A which stores one or more sheets of draft images; an image composing means C which makes the draft image stored in the image storage means A as a fixed form draft image, and composes the fixed form draft image and an input draft image inputted from an image input means B; the device is characterized by being provided with a tilt difference detection means E which detects that the tilt difference of the fixed form draft image and the input draft image is not less than a predetermined value at the time of image composition in the image composing means C, and a warning means F which issues a warning when the tilt difference of the fixed form draft image and the input draft image in the tilt difference detection means E is detected to be not less than the predetermined value.
