PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a QoS setting method capable of performing QoS setting even without being provided with a route optimizing function for a section to the moving destination of a mobile node MN corresponding to the QoS setting request of a correspondent node CN, a QoS setting system, mobile terminal device used for the system, a home agent, and a server unit.;SOLUTION: In the case that first QoS setting is requested for a route from the correspondent node CN 32 to the home address HoA of the mobile node MN 26, the mobile node MN 26 recognizes the request, second QoS setting is requested from the mobile node MN 26, and second QoS setting is performed for a route to the home address HoA of the mobile node MN 26 and the moving destination address CoA of the mobile node MN 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
