PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive charging property control resin capable of imparting charging property of the same polarity as that of a toner to electrophotographic functional parts which come into contact with the toner and capable of forming a cured layer on a surface.;SOLUTION: The positive charging property control resin is a crosslinked material of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition including a hydroxyl group-containing monomer represented by formula (1) and an amino group-containing monomer represented by formula (2). In the formulae, X represents H or methyl group; Y represents a 2-6C alkylene group; Z represents O or NH; R1 represents a 1-7C divalent organic group; and R2 and R3 each represents H and a 1-20C organic group or they represent a 4-20C cyclic structure in which R2 and R3 bond chemically to each other or a 4-19C cyclic structure in which R2 and R3 bond chemically to each other and which contains at least one selected from N, S and O.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
