PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building using a space below a structure and its construction method adoptable also to a viaduct having small excess strength for bearing a lifting weight.;SOLUTION: A lower end of a hanger 2 is attached to a suspension body 3 comprising the building except a floor part 4 of the first floor, and an upper end of the hanger 2 is attached to a hanger supporting member 6 joined to a column part 1a of a railway viaduct 1 to make the suspension body 3 swingable. The floor part 4 of the first floor is placed on the ground G. The building is structured with the suspension body 3 and the floor part 4 by connecting a part of the floor part 4 and the lower end of the wall part 3a of the first floor of the suspension body 3 by an expansion member 5 which is deformable in an expansion/contraction manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
