PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a string type bookmark system for enabling a bookmark retriever to search his or her desired bookmark by retrieval from among registered book marks.;SOLUTION: This string type bookmark system is configured so that a client device equipped with a means for registering the URL of a content page and the reproduction of the text of its content page and a means for transmitting the inputted retrieval character string, and for receiving and displaying the retrieval result of the content page whose text includes the retrieval character string can be connected through a network to a string type bookmark server device equipped with a means for registering the URL of the content page and the reproduction of the text and a means for returning the retrieval result of the content page whose text includes the retrieval character string.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
