OPTICAL FILTER HAVING A PLURALITY OF OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION THEREOF TO METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATION

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem wherein it is necessary to adjust and control optical characteristics and stability intrinsic to a plurality of optical filters each independently. PSOLUTION: The optical filter is provided with first and second quartz substrates which are arranged oppositely with a predetermined interval. The inner surface of the first quartz substrate has at least two sheets of first and second reflective films having different thickness. The first and second reflective films transmit different frequencies of light respectively. Thereby, one sheet of the optical filter having a plurality of optical characteristics, that is, a plurality of frequencies of transmission light, is obtained. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
