PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage promoting member capable of rapidly recovering a frictional force between a pulley and a rotating body by rapidly draining a water accumulated on the inner surface of an endless drivingly transmitting band.;SOLUTION: Water droplets guide members 2 and 3 are installed on the inside of the rotating route of a belt 11. The water droplet guide member 2 is installed at a position facing the belt 11 within the range R1 of a contact start point P1 for starting the contact of the belt 11 on the rotating body 25 and a contact end point P2 for starting the departure of the belt 11 from the rotating body 25. The water droplet guide member 3 is installed within a range R2 where a tangential line Sa at the contact start point P3 of the belt 11 is connected to a tangential line Sb at the contact end port P4. Water droplets splashed from the belt 11 by the centrifugal force of the rotating body 24 is fed downward along the water droplet guide member 3, and the water droplets splashed by the belt by the centrifugal force of the rotating body 25 is fed downward along the water droplet guide member 2, and discharged to the outside of the belt 11 by a drainage guide part 2f.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
