PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the absence of materials to judge the gaps of the results of the measurement and the evaluation generated by an answer which is far from the present situation due to the misrecognition of the actual health situation or the like in a self inspection method of the health situation by SF-36 or the like makes it difficult to judge the validity and accuracy of the results. PSOLUTION: A vigor/health inspection marker is to record the symbolized answer to a question regarding a prescribed health classification and the symbolized self satisfaction level for the health classification on superimposed axes. Since the points to indicate the symbolized answer and the satisfaction level should basically overlap each other on the superimposed axes, the answer matches the present situation and the results of the measurement and the evaluation can be judged to have the validity and the accuracy when both the points overlap each other.
