PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document printing system for easily issuing a document whose originality should be secured without using any exclusive sheet prepared by carrying out duplication preventing working.;SOLUTION: This document issuing system 2 for securing originality is provided with a server 4 for managing the issue of a document whose originality is secured, for example, the certificate of compulsory automobile liability insurance (compulsory automobile liability insurance). In receiving a print request for a certificate from a client terminal 8a, the server 4 prepares the image data of the certificate by using contract data showing the contents of the insurance contract and the format data of the certificate when it is confirmed that the premium has been already paid based on the settlement information transmitted from a payment management system 10, and transmits the data for print prepared by carrying out duplication prevention print working by using a duplication preventing print working program to the prepared image data to the client terminal 8a.
