PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the setting of a contract price in a long term based on not only performance contents scheduled in a long contract term and performance contents for facilitating countermeasures to an unexpected event to be generated in the long contract term but also cost/risk evaluation including the provision costs of exchange articles or the provision costs of a maintenance operation to be generated in addition to the performance contents in the contract term concerning business in composite type integral business configurations. PSOLUTION: This setting evaluation support device is provided with a project data storing part 101 for storing data related with business contents, a performance requirement defining part 102 for decomposing the data into individually risk evaluation validating performance units based on data related with the business contents of business configurations, a cost/risk data storing part 103 for storing cost/risk information related with the performance to be executed in business to be generated in the contract term, a risk type deciding part 104 for deciding an evaluating means by associating each performance to be executed in business to be generated in the contract term with cost/risk data stored in the cost/risk data storing part 103 and a total cost/risk evaluating part 105 for calculating the performance to be executed business to be generated in the contract term.
