PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siphon type filtration concentration device and a filtration pressure regulation method of the device capable of favorably emitting gas stayed in a filtrate discharging system forming a siphon, and favorably removing remaining water in a condensed sludge when performing filtration concentration of only the concentrated sludge deposited on the surface of a filtration plate. PSOLUTION: A vacuum pump is connected to a filtrate discharging system of a siphon type filtration concentration device, preferably to a top of the filtrate discharging system. A vacuum tank to be evacuated by the vacuum pump is provided on a discharge port 15b of the filtrate discharging system. Gas in the filtrate discharging system can be sucked and emitted by the vacuum pump, and the negative pressure applied in the filtrate discharging system can be increased by evacuating the vacuum tank by the vacuum pump.
