PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indentification method of a sulfated monosaccharide capable of easily identifying a position isomer of the sulfated monosaccharide and a diastereomer at the same time, and to provide an analyzing method of a sulfated monosaccharide isomer mixture capable of indentifying the isomer of the sulfated monosaccharide isomer mixture.;SOLUTION: The identification method of the sulfated monosaccharide includes a process (i) for ionizing the sulfated monosaccharide to be inspected by an ESI method or a MALDI method and once or above performing the fragmentation of the obtained ions to obtain the data related to the (n) square spectrum (n is an integer of 2 or above) of the mass analysis related to the sulfated monosaccharide; and a process (ii) for comparing the data obtained in the process (i) with the data related to the (n) square spectrum of the mass analysis of a standard sulfated monosaccharide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
