MANIFEST WITH BAR CODE AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISPOSAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate input/output operations for a manifest, to simplify paperwork relating to the manifest and also to improve reliability in anticipation of accuracy.;SOLUTION: The manifest 1 of a plurality of duplicating pages has, as shown in Fig., a bar code (refer to region IG) specifying an issuance number recorded on a specified position of a front or rear page and a specified page other than them. The bar code is read by a reading means and inputted as to a computer storing a data master necessary for industrial waste disposal. Thus, information including information on a transportation contractor, a transportation destination business and a disposal business proper to a waste discharging business or a factory can be printed. By dispensing thereby with conventional operation on a keyboard input, printing work is facilitated, while the accuracy is anticipated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
