PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, folding portable toilet quickly usable by pulling down clothes unnoticed when a usual toilet cannot be used in a disaster or the like.;SOLUTION: A lower half body part comprises a footstool following a bent part of a skirt part, and a toilet bowl (folded or vinyl) detachable at the front and rear with belts. An upper half body part comprises a seat back part 1 covering a back face part, and a looped strap 4 hung around the neck. In an emergency, a folded body part is first placed on the ground and opened to place the feet on the footstool, a toilet skirt 1 is pulled up, the strap 4 is hung around the neck to fit both sides, both hands are inserted from pocket openings on both sides of the waist to pull panties or the like down to the below-knee parts, and vinyl is put over the folded container for use.
