PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine-taking supervising device capable of detailedly recording medicine-taking state at a medicine-taking notification time and times other than that. PSOLUTION: When a present time of a clock circuit 106 becomes a medicine-taking time previously recorded in an SD (Secure Digital) card 112, this medicine-taking supervising device notifies it by a sound output part 105 or the like, allows a cartridge detector 110 to detect the presence/absence of a cartridge of each block of a cartridge case 1, records the time and the presence/absence of the cartridge in the SD card 112, outputs the notification according to the presence/absence, records the taking-out of the case, opening/closing of the cover, taking-out of the cartridge and return of it in the SD card 112 at the times other than the medicine-taking time based on the detecting signals of a cartridge case detecting part 108 and a case cover opening/closing detecting part 109 as well as the cartridge detector 110, and outputs the notification according to the detected state.
