PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensated oscillation circuit comprising a temperature compensation circuit capable of highly accurately performing temperature compensation by logical operation.;SOLUTION: The temperature compensated oscillation circuit comprising the temperature compensation circuit includes: a temperature detection unit 22 that measures the ambient temperature of a piezoelectric vibrator 12 and outputs, as a digital signal, the result of the measurement; a conversion processing unit 28 that logically operates the digital signal and outputs the result of the operation as a compensation signal for compensating for frequency/temperature characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator 12; the piezoelectric vibrator 12 that oscillates at a predetermined frequency; and a frequency adjustment means for adjusting the oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator 12 by changing element values in accordance with the compensation signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
