PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of dividing a tablet, a method of facilitating division of a tablet, and a method of manufacturing easily dividable tablets, especially using a dividable tablet which can be easily and accurately dividable, having superior impact resistance without generating chipping and, having a shape by which tablets produces no mutual twinning or the like in a film coating process.;SOLUTION: The dividable tablet has an upper surface, a lower surface, and the edge portion therebetween. On the upper surface of the tablet, in each of two areas formed by a dividing line formed along the center line, ridge lines are formed so as to surround the dividing line and be positioned inward from the edge portion of the tablet. The lower surface of the tablet gradually rises from the edge portion of the tablet toward the center part, and areas around the two ridge lines are each formed by a convex surface, and a surfaces from the dividing line to the two ridge lines are each formed of convex surfaces. A press-through pack is held in a condition a storing recess part is upward directed, and then the dividable tablet is divided by pushing the convex part to be an outer part from above.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
