PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid ultrasonic transducer for utilizing features of a push-pull static ultrasonic transducer and from the rear side of which no sound wave is emitted.;SOLUTION: The hybrid ultrasonic transducer wherein a pull type ultrasonic transducer is arranged to the rear side of the push-pull ultrasonic transducer while the sound wave emission face of the pull type ultrasonic transducer is opposed to the rear side, is configured to emit a sound wave with an inverted phase to that of the sound wave radiated from the rear side of the push-pull ultrasonic transducer from the pull type ultrasonic transducer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
